1:ZITA is seeking an experienced Architect (with 3+ years experience), to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong design sensibilities and communication skills. The successful candidature should have the ability to work independently and in teams, to hold high quality standards in producing drawings and 3D models while conveying architectural concepts and coordinate with engineers and consultants.
Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the design and development of architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations
- Strong design and visualization skills
- Experience in construction documentation and administration (on-site)
- Experience in preparing architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction methods is preferred
- Experience with NOK and planning procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent skills in in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, Rhino and/or SketchUp
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s)
- 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design office environment
- Experience with Revit, Enscape is an advantage
- Fluent in Greek and English
