1:ZITA is seeking an experienced Senior Architect (with 7+ years of experience) to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong design sensibilities and technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing complex architectural projects from concept to completion — overseeing all design phases, leading and mentoring teams, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and communication.
Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects through all stages — from concept design to construction.
- Prepare and oversee construction documents and administration.
- Experience with NOK regulations and planning procedures.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Identify risks and implement proactive design and management solutions.
- Ensure design integrity, technical accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, Rhino, and/or SketchUp.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and MS Project is an advantage
- Fluency in Greek and English
