K House is a seaside residence located in Aetos Karystou. The landscape, including the pool area and outdoor kitchen under a steel pergola, was created to seamlessly integrate with the existing house, offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Petalioi.

The project was driven by the client’s desire to enhance the outdoor space for family gatherings, adding charm and functionality to the exterior. The pool area, positioned at the edge of the property, maximizes the sea views and is framed by a wooden deck, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor kitchen, equipped with a BBQ and grill, harmonizes with the natural surroundings, making the space ideal for social interaction.
